To limit the spread of the virus, we encourage you to use our online communication channels, including our website and My VIVACOM mobile app instead of visiting our stores. You can also reach us by calling 23 if you are a VIVACOM mobile subscriber or 087 123 if you are a customer of another mobile network.


  • Use My VIVACOM mobile application and our website to:
    • Pay monthly bills for all VIVACOM services
    • Add additional packages for minutes, megabytes and SMS
    • Reload prepaid cards


  • Use our online store at to take advantage of free shipping and:
    • Renew your mobile subscription plan
    • Purchase mobile phones on a contract or no-contract basis
    • Purchase a new mobile voice service from an existing VIVACOM subscriber


  • Call us on 123 or 087 123 to:
    • Request new fixed television and internet services
    • Enable or disable additional TV content packages such as HBO, Max Sport, etc




Our stores (with the exception of shopping mall branches) remain open and the premises are being regularly disinfected. In order to prevent crowding, the number of customers that is allowed into a store at any given time is limited. You can view our store opening times here.
