VIVACOM is a leader in developing modern telecommunication services to meet the highest professional standards - from Мobile and Fixed services, high speed Fiber Optic Internet, Digital Interactive TV, Data transmission to tailor made telecommunication solutions.

  

We are looking for motivated and determinedcandidate to become part of our team – Segment manager.

  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  

  • End to end management of specific customer segment, including:
  • Strategic and tactical activities planning to increase customer value
  • Campaigns Set up, execution and monitoring of results
  • Implementation of customer lifecycle management initiatives to increase customer loyalty
  • Full knowledge on segment behavior and development via close collaboration with respective data analyst, data scientist and product manager  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE


  • Strong analytical skills
  • Prefund knowledge on Telco industry
  • Customer and marketing oriented
  • Good communication and soft skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proactive problem solvers with ability to take own decisions
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of working with MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, Outlook)

 

ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ABILITIES AND SKILLS WILL BECONSIDERED ANADVANTAGE:

  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics or similar
  • Excellent level of English – written and verbal
  • Experience in in Telco industry or others, will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentations skills
