Vivacom, a member of United Group, is a leader in providing high-tech telecommunication services. Our large IT department delivers cutting edge software solutions to support Vivacom’s business.

We are currently undertaking a modernization of our IT architecture and applications for both Vivacom Business and Operational support systems. For this task we are looking for Java Developer who will help us develop and integrate the necessary functionalities of critical IT systems, as well as to ensure that those systems are operating without incidents in a large enterprise environment..

• Daily basis from where you prefer - home or corporate office environment

Main tasks:

• Partner with Business analysts and key business stakeholders to understand the business needs, including those tied to revenue-generating workflows and service monetization.
• Design, document and implement solutions that are in line with architectural patterns and standards or work with vendor architects to ensure adherence.
• Work with the Agile delivery teams to ensure that developed solution meets target architectureand support future scalability.
• Be active member in the end to end the process - from conception, through delivery, into production of solution architectures.

What you will be doing…

• Analyze and define the scope and requirements of incoming initiatives
• Write well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, alignment, and testability
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable solutions

If your passion is Enterprise Architecture and long-term technology sustainability and you have the abilities to:

• Ensure architectural consistency, compliance and sustainability of IT initiatives across the portfolio
• Define and maintain target enterprise architecture, principles, standards and architectural roadmap
• Assess initiatives from idea stage, including architectural alignment, dependencies and long-term impact
• Support portfolio prioritization through architectural risk, dependency and impact analysis

If your passion is IT Portfolio & Strategic Management in an Agile / Lean environment and you have the abilities to:

• Build, implement and continuously improve the corporate IT Portfolio Management model based on Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
• Manage the end-to-end IT portfolio at corporate level
• Drive IT-impact initiatives from idea funnel, through business case and architectural validation, to realization and value measurement
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, business impact, capacity and budget
