How can I susbsribe to a mobile postpaid plan?
How can I keep my mobile number from another operator?
First, you should visit your current Network Provider and submit your port in request. Within two working days you'll be issued a Mobile Number Portability Certificate with unique number. The Certificate is valid for thirty days.
Then you should visit any VIVACOM authorized dealer and submit your port in request and select your mobile services. Depending on availability for porting dates, your number will be activated up to ten working days after you submit your port in request to VIVACOM. The actual porting period is up to 7 hours, between 09:00-16:00h.

How is the mobile number portability done?
Step 1: Visit your current mobile operator
- Fill out a form to inform them that you want to transfer to another operator.
- Within 2 working days, your current operator will issue you a certificate for the transfer which has a unique number. This certificate is valid for 30 days after its issue.
Important:
- You can transfer as many numbers as you want on a post-paid subscription plan, as long as for each one of them you have been an active user of your operator for at least 3 months at the moment you inform your operator of your intention to transfer.
- You can transfer as many numbers as you want on a pre-paid subscription plan, if you have recharged more than 10 BGN on your prepaid card before the moment you inform your operator of your intention to transfer.
- The service costs 5 BGN per number.
Step 2: Visit your new operator.
- Submitt your certificate in the offices of your new operator within 30 days of its issue.
- Choose the contract or pre-paid plan that you want to use and take your new SIM card(s). The number of SIM cards depends on how many numbers you want to migrate.
- Your new SIM card(s) will be activated in your new operator's network after a maximum of 10 working days.
Importat:
- You and your new mobile operator will set a date for the actual transfer.
Step 3: The transfer date.
- Your new SIM card(s) will be activated within 7 hours on the date of migration. All calls will be re-directed to your new SIM card(s)
- Your old card will be deactivated
Important:
- You might lose short text messages (SMS) or multimedia messages (MMS) which haven't been downloaded before transfer date.
- All sums owed between the time of receiving the certificate and the actual transfer must be paid to your old mobile operator.
You can join vivatel at any VIVACOM shop and partners' stores.
Important:
- VIVACOM will inform its subscribers/users about a transfer of a number from its network through a signal. The specified signal is with 3-second (three) duration, after which the subscriber/user will have 2 (two) seconds to choose to end or to proceed with the call.
- For both duration of the signal and time for choice, the subscribers/users will not be charged.
Transferring from VIVACOM to another mobile operator.
This can be done during business hours at VIVACOM stores only.
All mobile VIVACOM subscribers, prepaid and postpaid, can transfer their number(s) to another operator.
Each VIVACOM client that wants to transfer his/her number(s) to another operator must inform VIVACOM by filling out a standard aplication form, available at any VIVACOM store. Within 2 days of the request, VIVACOM will issue a certificate of transfer, which can be collected at VIVACOM shop where the application was submitted. This certificate is valid for 30 days.
