If you would like to change your current Internet package VIVACOM Net please call Cusotmer Service, 24x7 on:

  • 123 if you are residential customer
  • 121 for business customers
  • visit your nearest VIVACOM shop or contact your account manager


Depending on your tariff plan and promotional terms, some restrictions may apply.

How can I change my personal account details such as my name?

You can change your name, registered address, ID card number, nationality and other personal account details by visiting in person your nearest authorized dealer. Please present your personal ID card in person for verification purposes.

Your security answer is the unique identifier that protects your account and prevents unauthorized access to your account.

To change your security question or answer please contact Customer Service, 24x7 on:

  • 123 if you are residential customer
  • 121 for business customers


Change of security question or answer is free and is allowed once per billing period.

How do I change my user name & password? I forgot my user name & password.

You may change your user name and password at any time by logging into my.contact.bg and going to ‘My Profile' section.

How can I cancel my service?

You may cancel your Internet VIVACOM Net service by visiting your nearest VIVACOM shop. Please be advised that you are still liable for payment in full of any remaining charges on your account.

I’m moving – what do I need to do?

You can declare a change of the address at which the service is used by personally handling the request at the most convenient for you VIVACOM shop.

  • For business customers the moving is not charged.
  • For residential customers the price of engineering instalation with signed 12-month contract is BGN 18.00 VAT incl. and free of charge with signed 24-month contract.
