What is CLIP and how do I use it?
Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) is a functionality allowing you to identify the people that are calling you.
CLIP functionality allows caller's ID (phone number or a name associated to it) to be displayed on your phone display. CLIP is pre-provisioned and pre-activated for all digital fixed telephones. To use this service your phone set has to have a display and to operate in FSK mode.
Using CLIP is dependant on your phone, please consult the user manual for activation steps.
What is call barring and how do I use it?
Call barring is a functionality which allows you to stop calls being made from your home phone. You can use call barring to prevent someone else from using your phone, or if you want to keep control of your spending.
You can request free de/activation of call barring by calling Customer Service on 123 for residential customers and 121 if you are a business client, 24x7.
There are several different levels of call barrings:
- 01 - Restricts international calls services and operator assisted services ("120")
- 02 - Restricts international calls, long distance calls, calls to value added services and calls to mobile numbers, dial-up access ("0134") and ("0133")
- 03 - Restricts all call types, except emergency numbers and Customer Service
- 04 - Restricts international calls and calls to value added numbers services and operator assisted services ("120")
- 06 - Restricts international calls, long distance calls, calls to value added services and operator assisted services
- 07 - Restricts mobile calls services
- 08 - Restricts calls to value added VIVACOM services
- 09 - Restricts international calls and value added services, long distance calls, calls to value added VIVACOM services, dial-up access ("0134") and ("0133"), services and operator assisted services ("120")
- 15 - Restrics calls to Inmarsat (00871, 00872, 00873, 00874)

Operator assisted calls
Long distance telephone calls connected through an operator, are charged per minute according to the time period as follows:

2. Telephone numbers
- The price for calls to „Universal number - 0700" is divided between the end user (the caller) and the subscribers as follows:

- For subscribers of „Universal number - 0700" the calls are charged as follows:
1. The first begun minute is charged as a whole one.
2. Every next minute after the first one (during one call) is charged as per 20 seconds.
- The users, who haved made calls from the VIVACOM fixed network to „Universal number - 0700", pay the value of a local call according to the used tariff plan
- When to "Universal number - 0700" a long distance call is made, the customer pays only the positive difference between the value of the relevant long distance call as per the price for General charging (according to its duration in minutes, the time zone and the distance zone) and the local call price, paid by the user, made the call as per the price for General charging for the same call. The end user pays initial price of BGN 0.110.
- For opening new telephone lines, which are intended to be destinations of „Universal number 0700" the subscriber pays the opening of the relevant line according to the price list of VIVACOM (First chapter, p. 3)
- The customer has the right to end his contract before its expiration date as per p.1 with a 30(thirty) days written warning to VIVACOM and after the payments of penalties at about 20% of the amount of the last three monthly invoices for the relevant service.

- All calls except those to mobile operators are charged as every first begun minute is charged as a whole one. Every next minute after the first one (during one call) is charged as per 20 seconds. The calls from mobile operators are charged with price for initial duration of 15 seconds and after its end - as per every second.
- Discounts schemes for incoming traffic „Green phone - 0800" service:
