| 1) The minimum duration of the contract is 12 months. |
| 2) Charging is per second. Minimum call charge is 60 seconds, followed by per second charging. |
| 3) After the consumption of the included in the plan minutes, the charging is according to the Standard charging principles of VIVACOM as every started first minute is charged as whole one after initial charge of BGN 0.132. |
| 4) If you want engineering installation of the VIVACOM Net service, you need to pay a single fee of BGN 18.00 VAT incl. at 1-year contract. At 2-year contract the installation is free. |
