If your passion is IT Portfolio & Strategic Management in an Agile / Lean environment and you have the abilities to:

• Build, implement and continuously improve the corporate IT Portfolio Management model based on Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
• Manage the end-to-end IT portfolio at corporate level
• Drive IT-impact initiatives from idea funnel, through business case and architectural validation, to realization and value measurement
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, business impact, capacity and budget
• Define and manage corporate roadmaps (1–5 years), MVP approach and investment thresholds
• Manage and optimize multiple Value Streams (Digital Sales, Corporate Solutions, OSS, Physical Shops, etc.)
• Ensure strong alignment and synchronization between business units, IT product teams and Enterprise Architecture
• Lead and develop a team of Lean Portfolio Managers, Enterprise Architect, Scrum Master and LACE team
• Participate in management and investment forums
• Track execution and delivered business value through OKRs and KPIs

For this purpose, we are looking for an IT Portfolio Manager who will play a key role in shaping strategic investment decisions, driving business–IT alignment and delivering measurable business value in a large enterprise environment.

Show us you have:

• University degree in Information Technologies, Telecommunications, Business or related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT / Digital / Product environment
• Proven experience in Portfolio Management and strategic prioritization
• Strong background in business–IT alignment
• Experience in people and team management
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Lean frameworks at scale
• Solid understanding of IT delivery models and enterprise architecture
• Experience in dependency, capacity and investment management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Bonus points if you also are:

• SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certified
• SAFe Agilist or other SAFe certifications
• Certified in Project / Program / Portfolio Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, MSP, etc.)
• Lean / Agile certified
• Experienced in telecommunications or large enterprise environment
• Experienced in CAPEX / OPEX investment planning
• Participated in Agile / Lean transformation initiatives
