We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join us as Technical Account Manager and be responsible for the sales of Internet and Cyber Security Solutions and services to business customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and target potential clients for Security solutions
- Understand and address customer business requirements
- Collaborate closely with Sales to define sales potential and schedule meetings with prospective customers
- Present and explain the importance and benefits of Internet and Cyber Security solutions
- Analyze customer needs and create tailored sales opportunities
- Design, propose and sell Security solutions to business and corporate customers including NGFW, EDR XDR, SEIM, SOAR etc.
- Build trust and develop long-term partnerships with the clients
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Telecommunications and/or IT
- Technical knowledge or/аnd experience in sales of Internet and Cuber Security solutions
- Strong understanding of Security solutions – NGFW, DDoS, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, EDR, SOC and others
- Ability to compare different solutions and vendors and propose the best fit for customer needs
- Excellent English - written and spoken
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as NIS2, DORA, PCI-DSS, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Excellent presentation аnd negotiation skills
- Certification from Cisco, Fortinet or other security vendor is an advantage.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and make strategic decisions while working effectively with both technical and non-technical team
