THE OPPORTUNITY

The Solution and Integration Architect is responsible for the development of the IT solutions, mapping of the business requirements to system functionalities and technical capabilities and ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define solutions using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns
• Support business analysis in gathering requirements
• Understand the business needs and define a proper solution with the functionalities and respective changes that will meet the business objectives
• Defining solution architecture, impacted systems and detailed system processes, integration and interfaces (mostly adhering to SOA principles)
• Follow through the development, testing, implementation and live operation of the solution supporting other teams involved
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
• Ensure that solution designs are in line with the enterprise architectural plan

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or relevant hands-on experience
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Knowledge for XML, WSDL, XSLT, SQL and JSON
• Knowledge of web service design principles both SOAP and REST
• Understanding of OO Principles
• Very good time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interpret from business to IT language and vice versa
• Team player, self-motivated, independent contributor

EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WILL BE CONSIDERED AS ADVANTAGE:

• Experience in the field of Telecommunications
• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns
