Stay in touch with your friends and family while travelling!

Roaming is the ability to make and receive calls, send and receive data, SMS, or access other services when travelling outside Bulgaria. Roaming allows you to be connected with your friends and family, with your business colleagues around the world.

You can choose your roaming network in two ways:

1. Automatic - when your mobile phone is allowed to choose a network based on different networks coverage, signal strength etc.
2. Manual - when you are able to check the list of available networks and choose the one you wish to be served by.

IMPORTANT: When you wish to call or SMS to people of your home network you must add the country code (+359 for Bulgaria) and area code.

Multimedia messages (MMS) in roaming are charged according to the volume of the MMS and by the price lists of GPRS roaming of the respective mobile operator + the price of the MMS message: to Vivacom and to other national mobile networks - 0,60 BGN/MMS
