Rules and conditions for switching from prepaid card to postpaid tariff plan:

1. To have recharged at least BGN 10.00 VAT on the prepaid card at least 30 days ago,

2. To visit the nearest VIVACOM store,

3. To carry your VIVACOM prepaid card and your ID card.

4. The remaining balance from your prepaid card will be transferred as credit amount in your first invoice.
