Prepaid cards registration
Have you already registered your prepaid card?
To activate your new prepaid card, now it's necessary first to register it.
Registration of prepaid cards became mandatory after the decision №1085 from 03/09/2009 of the Commision for Communications Regulation
To make the registration is necessary:
- to visit the nearest VIVACOM shop or dealer
- to identify with the identity document;
- to sign the Application for registration of prepaid cards
Data for physical persons registration:
- Personal ID or passport
(for customers under 14 years, and for users between 14 and 18 years who do not possess an identity document is collect data on their legal representatives;)
Data for registration of a juridical persons:
- with Unified Identification Code (UIC) it is necessary to present the code with a view to verify the presence power of the notifier
- with BULSTAT - you should present a Certificate for actual condition, issued not earlier that 6 (six) months before its presentation and a BULSTAT identification card
Upon successful registration you will receive a notification SMS to the registered card.
Your prepaid card have been activated before 31/01/2010 but still you have not registered it?
Your incoming and outgoing calls are already stopped.
You can still register your prepaid card, but this must happen before the expiry date of its validity. The term of validity of prepaid cards is amost 1 year from date of activation or recharging the last voucher read more. You can check the validity of the prepaid card at number 123, 24/7.
Important! Requirements, conditions and deadlines for registration are on the ground rules for the collection of data necessary for identifying users of prepaid services before January 1, 2010, adopted by Decision № 1085 from 3.IX.2009, the Commission for Communications Regulation.
