You yourself choose what to use – included minutes in the VIVACOM network, national calls or calls to international operators, SMSs or unlimited mobile Internet.

Take advantage of the true freedom – no long-term contracts, penalties and included services that you do not actually use! Create your own tariff by choosing what it should include. Activate a minimum of two bolt-ons. You can add or remove services every month, according to your current needs.

New and existing subscribers on VIVA Free, activating new promotional bolt ons within the promotional period, will receive double included minutes to other mobile operators. The promotion is valid for activatins within the period 03.05.2012 - 31.07.2012. The bolt ons with double included minutes are valid until deactivation. The promotion is valid for VIVA Free with and without subscription.

Special terms & conditions:
1) In case of first activation, a guarantee deposit on starter pack of BGN 15 is required at time of purchase. The prepayment is reimbursed in the second invoice after payment of your first invoice by the due date, and if it is less than the prepayment, it will be reimbursed in the following invoices until full refund.
2) Charging is per second. Minimum call charge is 60 seconds, followed by per second charging.
3) Data is charged at rate increment of 1 KB.
4) Included minutes/SMS cannot be used for calls to value added numbers, international calls (except for +EUROPE included minutes), 0700 numbers and in roaming. The unused included minutes/SMS/MBs, are not rolled over to the next month.
5) There are no limitations in the number of bolt-ons of one type that can be added to the tariff. The only exceptions are +Net bolt-ons from which only one can be added.
6) VIVA Free tariff plan is offered to new and existing clients by signing a termless contract that can be terminated anytime with a 30-day notice. It is also offered by signing a fixed contract for 12 or 24 months. If subscribing to VIVA Free with a fixed contract for 12 or 24 months a minimum of two out of 18 bolt-ons on subscription must be added.
7) The client can add or remove bolt-ons if they do not break the minimum rule of 2 bolt-ons. The due monthly payment is formed by summing the monthly fees of all active bolt-ons.
8) Other additional bolt-ons different from the 18 listed above can also be added to the VIVA Free tariff. These are: +Group 1, +Group 2, +Group 5, +SMS, +VIVA, +World 30, +Roaming Data 5, +Roaming Data 10, +Roaming Data 30, +Roaming EU 20 min, +Roaming EU 50 min, +Roaming 150 min which are not on subscription as well as Blackberry и +VIVA Bipper (on subscription). The last two are valid only for VIVA Free on subscription and cannot be included in the required minimum of 2 bolt-ons on subscription.
9) The special 18 b, listed above, are valid only for VIVA Free – with or without subscription. They cannot be added to other mobile tariffs of VIVACOM.
10) In case of change of price plan, the unused minutes from the old plan will not be carried over.
11) After using all of the included data at maximum speed for the extra packages +NET, the speed of the data transfer is limited to 128 Kbps.
12) The monthly recurring fee discount in case of e-invoice activation does not apply to VIVA Free tariff line.
13) For the period of activation /signing of the contract until the date of the first billing cycle, the subscriber pays a proportional part of the monthly subscription fee that is corresponding to the number of days in which the services were provided. For the same period, the subscriber is able to use the respective proportional part of the services, included in the monthly subscription. The monthly billing cycles of BTC could be on 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd day of the month.
14) Alternative fixed network with connectivity to VIVACOM mobile network are: ITD Network, Blizoo (Eurocom/Cabletel), BTC Net, Varna Net, Vestitel BG, Vmobile, Global Communication Net, Gold Telecom, ESCOM, Interbild, Interoute, ETTC, CBM as Fixed, Mobiltel as Fixed, NetConnectInternet, NET IS SAT, Networks-Bulgaria, Netfinity, Skat TV, Spectrum Net (Orbitel), Telecom 1, Max Telecom.

Special terms and conditions of the VIVA Free summer promotion

* The promotion with free +Group 1 is valid for new contracts on voice tariffs signed within the period 03.05.2012 - 31.05.2012 and is available during the minimum contract period. For VIVA Free without subscription, the bolt on is free for a period of one year, or until deactivated. The promotion is not valid for VIVACOM UniCall XS.
