You can recharge quickly and easily your friend's prepaid card!


now every mobile VIVACOM postpaid or prepaid customer can recharge some friend's prepaid card from VIVACOM mobile network

the service is free of charge for the two parties of the transaction


You should just follow few quick and easy steps:

Dial *137# followed by a Calling button  

 
The following message will be displayed: "Molya, vavedete zhelanata suma v leva v XX.XX format."


Enter the mobile number you want to recharge in some of the following formats: 087yyyyyyy; 87yyyyyyy; 35987yyyyyyy; 0035987yyyyyyy; +35987yyyyyyy and then press the Send button. 

 
Enter the amount you want to recharge in leva and thеn press the Send button.



You have to confirm/reject the transaction. To confirm the recharging you should press 1, in order to reject it -  press 2. Thеn press Send button.


The two parties of the transaction will receive SMS confirming the successful recharge.



Conditions for prepaid recharge from postpaid account:

  • Only postpaid customers who have been mobile VIVACOM subscribers for at least three months and have duly paid all their liabilities to the company can use the service.
  • The recharge amount can be from BGN 1.00 to BGN 30.00 per transaction.
  • The recharge amount can not exceed the customer's credit limit.
  • Maximum recharge amount per month is BGN 30.
  • Single recharge per day is allowed.
  • Bonuses from Mania program apply for recharges of prepaid card from postpaid account.
  • The validity of the prepaid card will be extended according to the recharge amount.

You have the option to recharge amount even quicker and easier by entering the sequence of the following codes:

*137*087yyyyyyy*xx.xx*1# followed by calling button, where 087yyyyyyy is the prepaid number which will be recharged and xx.xx is the recharging amount.

Conditions for prepaid recharge from prepaid account:

  • The recharge amount can be from BGN 0.01 to BGN 4.00 per transaction.
  • Maximum recharge amount per month is BGN 10.
  • Three recharges per month are allowed.
  • Prepaid account from which money are transferred must have at least BGN 4.00 left after the transaction.
  • Amount received from bonuses cannot be transferred. 
  • There is no extension of the validity period of the recipient's prepaid account.
