You can find VIVA menu in the main menu of your SIM card, or in some of the following directories: Tools; Setup; Applications or Extras. This depends on your specific handset. VIVA menu is compatible with VIVACOM SIM cards number, beginning with 89359032. If your SIM card has different number, replace it in any VIVACOM shops. VIVA menu will automatically update every time you access the services. | |

To access Java games, Wallpapers, Melodies and other products, you must have the right WAP settings. To receive the WAP settings, go to Service/Settings/WAP settings in the VIVA menu section. The menu is available in Bulgarian and in English. | ||
