You can call other VIVACOM mobiles, Bulgarian and international fixed and mobile numbers, as well as satellite numbers


Making calls with VIVACOM is as easy as you would expect - just input a valid phone number and be in an area with network coverage.

Alongside making and receiving voice calls, there are many other features available with VIVACOM:

Call Holding allows you put a call on hold so that you can make or receive another call. While having two calls simultaneously you can switch between them without disconnecting either

This gives you the possibility to divert calls from one mobile number to another, from mobile to a fixed line, or to voicemail while you are busy, out of coverage or do not answer. You shall pay the call forward/divert in such event as a standard outgoing call in accordance to your tariff plan.

This facility allows you to make teleconference calls simultaneously for up to six people.

With Call Barring you can bar incoming or outgoing calls and therefore control your privacy. You can activate or deactivate this barring feature whenever you need to.

Call Barring can also help you control your spending by barring certain services in specific situations, for example: to bar all international calls except to the home country for employees of a firm; or to bar all incoming calls while roaming to prevent uncontrolled spending.

Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) allows you to see who is calling you - the phone number of the caller is displayed on your handset.

Calling Line Identification Restriction (CLIR) allows you to hide your number to other callers so your number will not be displayed on their handsets when you call.
