Notify Me

Notify Me

You try to call someone, but he is inaccessible!

VIVACOM will help you always be informed about the accessibility of your mobile contacts and it is free of charge

Notify me is service, which notifies you about the accessibility of mobile subscribers, unavailable at the time of the call. It gives everyone the option to conduct a phone call, when the other subscriber is accessible again. Without having to call again, the service notifies the calling subscriber via an SMS, when the dialed number is online again.

Check here how to activate, set up or deactivate the service.

Notify me works when:

  • The number, you are trying to reach, is unavailable (out of coverage, the cell phone is switched off)
  • Your number is inaccessible and someone tries to reach you

Once the service has been activated, it will generate two notifications. One to the customer, who has called and another one to the customer, who has been dialed:

  • The customer, who made the phone call, will receive an SMS, that the person, with whom he tried to talk, is already accessible
  • The receiver of the call will get an SMS, that he has missed a phone call from another subscriber (Missed call notification)

The message will be in Bulgarian (in Latin letters) or in English:

For English: 'The number you tried to call is now reachable: +35987xxxxxxx.'

For Bulgarian: 'Nomer +35987xxxxxxx, koyto tarsihte, veche e dostapen.'

The same message will be sent to the customer, who tried to reach you at a time, when you were inaccessible.
