Missed Calls
Missed call notification (MCN) is a free of charge service that informs you about calls you have missed whilst your handset is not reachable

MCN works in the following situations:
- when your handset is not reachable (e.g. lack of network coverage or your handset is switched off)
When you have a missed call for one of the reasons described above you will automatically receive an SMS containing details of that call. The message will be in either Bulgarian (Latin) or English: "you have xx number of missed calls" and will also have details of the time and date as well as the identification of the number who called.
You will be always informed when someone tries to reach you. You can not miss a call with VIVACOM.
