To use VIVACOM Net Voice, it is necessary:
- to have VIVACOM fixed telephone
- to be VIVACOM Net customer

- Primary on-time price:
With phone Voice adapter** - BGN 36.00
With software client - BGN 0.00 - Monthly fee - BGN 8.90
- Calls to all numbers in VIVACOM fixed network in all the country* -BGN 0.00 per min.
- International calls VoIP Group I*** - BGN 0.89 per min
- International calls to all the other countries - from 0.132 per min
To use VIVACOM Net Voice you will need to choose one of the following type of service:
VIVACOM Net Voice with phone adapter:
To use the service with ATA device you need fixed phone with tone dialing. VIVACOM will provide you VIVACOM Net Voice phone adapter (ATA), Which should be connected between your fixed phone set and your PC on which you are using the VIVACOM Net service. You will receive VIVACOM Net Wi-Fi (wireless) free also. After connecting and configuring the adapter, you can pick up the phone, dial prefix <<10>> before the wanted number and to speak by VIVACOM Net Voice.
If you forget or skip dialing prefix <<10>> before the number you want to dial, your call will be made through your fixed phone line, not through VIVACOM Net Voice. The price, which you will be charged for such call, will be the price per minute based on your monthly VIVACOM fixed plan.
VIVACOM Net Voice phone adapter (АТА)
VIVACOM Net Voice with Software client:
The Software client is for you if you prefer to make calls using your PC, using headset with microphone. Software client installation is easy and simple - just go to website portal http://my.contact.bg and follow the instructions „step by step". After you install the Software client you can make calls, by dialing prefix <<10>> before the number you want to dial.

Equipment warranty: if a technical problem with the device appears, VIVACOM will replace it with a new one.
