| 1) Included minutes cannot be used for calls to VAS services, international, mobile, and information numbers, lines with 0700/0800 and 0900, OLO, WiMax, VoiceOver ADSL. These calls are charged by standard rate prices. |

| 3) Included minutes are used for calls on pick hours and on off pick hours. |
| 4) Call setup charge from 0,132 BGN is not applicable to included minutes. |
| 5) Initial charging of minutes consumed above the package is 60 sec, then charging is per second |
| 6) Minimum call duration is 60 seconds. |
| 7) After the included minutes, calls are charged by standard charging according to the price list of VIVACOM. |
| 8) Unused included minutes are not rolled over to the next month. |
