Special terms & conditions:
1) This plan is for disadvantaged people - people with durable disabilities with more than 90% decreased labour capacity (1st group of disabled persons). To use this plan, you have to present a document from the Territorial Expert Physicians Commission.
2) Included minutes are charged on per minute base and each started minute is charged as one minute.
3) After the consumption of the included in the plan minutes, the charging is per second as every started first minute is charged as whole one.
4) Unused included minutes are not rolled over to the next month.
5) Peak hours are Monday to Friday from 08.00 till 20.00, off peak hours are Monday to Friday from 20.00 till 08.00, Saturday, Sunday and all national holidays.
6) Local and Long distance calls are charged on per second base after initial charge of BGN 0.132
7) Price for opening a new telephone line - BGN 12.00 VAT incl.
