| 1) Included minutes are charged on per minute base and each started minute is charged as one minute. |
| 2) After the consumption of the included in the plan minutes, the charging is per second as every started first minute is charged as whole one. |
| 3) Unused included minutes are not rolled over to the next month. |
| 4) Peak hours are Monday to Friday from 08.00 till 20.00, off peak hours are Monday to Friday from 20.00 till 08.00, Saturday, Sunday and all national holidays. |
| 5) Local and Long distance calls are charged on per second base after initial charge of BGN 0.132 |
| 6) 10% discount on one international destination is valid for all fixed and mobile numbers in the selected country. The selected international destination can be changed once per month with a call to Customer Service on 123, 24x7. |
