Special terms & conditions:
1) The minimum duration of the contract is 12 months.
2) For the included minutes in the bundle, charging is per minute. For minutes, not included in the bundle, charging is per second. Minimum call duration is 60 seconds.
3) Data is charged at rate increment of 1 KB.
4) After the consumption of the included in the plan minutes, the charging is according to the Standard charging principles of VIVACOM as every started first minute is charged as whole one after initial charge of BGN 0.132. 
5) Included minutes cannot be used for calls to value added numbers, international destinations, 0700 and in roaming.
6) If you want engineering installation of the VIVACOM Net service, you need to pay a single fee of BGN 18.00 VAT incl. at 1-year contract. At 2-year contract the installation is free.
7) For the period of activation /signing of the contract until the date of the first billing cycle, the subscriber pays a proportional part of the monthly subscription fee that is corresponding to the number of days in which the services were provided. For the same period, the subscriber is able to use the respective proportional part of the services, included in the monthly subscription. The monthly billing cycles of BTC could be on 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd day of the month.  
8) Alternative fixed network with connectivity to VIVACOM mobile network are: ITD Network, Blizoo (Eurocom/Cabletel), BTC Net, Varna Net, Vestitel BG, Vmobile, Global Communication Net, Gold Telecom, ESCOM, Interbild, Interoute, ETTC, CBM as Fixed, Mobiltel as Fixed, NetConnectInternet, NET IS SAT, Networks-Bulgaria, Netfinity, Skat TV, Spectrum Net (Orbitel), Telecom 1, Max Telecom. 
9) The call prices for the additional SIM card are the same as the shown in the package.
10) All prices are VAT included.
