| 1) The minimum duration of the contract is 12 months. |
| 2) Charging is per second. Minimum call charge is 60 seconds, followed by per second charging. |
| 3) Data is charged at rate increment of 1 KB. |
| 4) After the consumption of the included in the plan minutes, the charging is according to the Standard charging principles of VIVACOM as every started first minute is charged as whole one after initial charge of BGN 0.132. |
| 5) The selected 5 numbers for the mobile service can be 5 mobile VIVACOM numbers or 4 mobile VIVACOM and 1 fixed VIVACOM number. The calls to the selected numbers use at first the included 1000 minutes and after that the included 300 minutes to the VIVACOM network. The unused included minutes will not be rolled over to the next month. |
| 6) Included minutes cannot be used for calls to value added numbers, international destinations and in roaming. |
| 7) The call prices for the additional SIM card are the same as the shown in the package. |
| 8) All prices are VAT included. |
