Special terms and conditions:
1) The minimum contract duration is 12 months.
2) Charging is per second. The minimum call duration is 60 seconds, then the call is charged per second.
3) Charging of WAP over GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA is 1 KB. Minimum charge 1 KB.
4)  Included minutes for the mobile service cannot be used for calls to value added numbers, international destinations, 0700 and in roaming. Unused minutes are not transferred in the next month.
5) For calls from fixed telephone, charging is per second. Calls up to 60 seconds are charged as full 60 seconds, and after that - on every second.
6) The price of BGN 0/min. for calls from home telephone to the mobile network of VIVACOM and the price of BGN 0.15/min from home telephone to all other mobile networks are charged after initial charging of BGN 0.132. All other prices are according to the standart tariff charge for fixed service.
7)  For the period of activation /signing of the contract until the date of the first billing cycle, the subscriber pays a proportional part of the monthly subscription fee that is corresponding to the number of days in which the services were provided. For the same period, the subscriber is able to use the respective proportional part of the services, included in the monthly subscription. The monthly billing cycles of BTC could be on 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd day of the month. 
8) Alternative fixed network with connectivity to VIVACOM mobile network are: CableTel, Interoute Bulgaria, Spectrum Net, Mobiltel - fixed netowrk, Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile - fixed network, Evrokom, Nexcom, ITD Network, Max Telecom, Trans Telecom, Orbitel, Skat TV, Vestitel, Interbuild, Net is sat, Global communications, Telecom 1, East telecommunications company, Gold Telecom Bulgaria, Varna Net and Interbild.  
9) All prices are VAT incl.

*At signing a 12/24-month contract all new residential clients of VIVACOM 4Play receive 50% discount from the monthly fee for the first 2/4 months.
