| 1) A prepayment of BGN 15.00 VAT incl. is required at time of purchase. The prepayment is reimbursed in the second invoice after payment of your first invoice by the due date, and if it is less than the prepayment, it will be reimbursed in the following invoices until full refund. |
| 2) Charging is per second. Minimum call charge is 30 seconds, followed by per second charging. |
| 3) Data is charged at rate increment of 1 KB. |
| 4) The unused included minutes rolled over to the next month cannot exceed the total number of included in the plan minutes. |
| 5) Alternative fixed network with connectivity to VIVACOM mobile network are: Mobiltel fixed network, CableTel, Telecom Partners Network, Globul fixed network, Spectrum Net, Evrokom, Nexcom, ITD, Max Telecom and Transtelecom. |
