To use our WAP Portal you must have a handset capable of downloading data. Please check your handset user guide for more information.
When you want to access the WAP portal you have to select VIVACOM homepage from your handset, usually you have to select the Mobile Internet icon, but this depends on your mobile phone menu.
The amount of money you pay for the service depends on the size of the data and the technology used:
- Size in MB if you use GPRS
- Per minute if you use the CSD technology for data transmissions
If your SIM is not preconfigured with VIVACOM settings, you have to ask your sales representative to set this up for you or call customer Service for Assistance at 123.
VIVACOM data settings can be received via "over the air" platform. When first putting your SIM card in the handset, you receive several messages and instructions, which when saved set your mobile phone to use transfer data, without additional manual settings.
