4. Profile Name - VIVACOM internet

5. APN choose - Static

6. Authentication
- Access number - *99#
- User namer - VIVACOM
- Password - VIVACOM

7. Choose Save

8. Choose Network

9. Choose Network Type

- GSM preferred - 2G network
- WCDMA preferred - 3G network 

10. The modem is set.
