How can I activate my prepaid card?

To activate your new prepaid card, now it's necessary first to register it. Registration of prepaid cards became mandatory after the decision No1085 from 03/09/2009 of the Commision for Communications Regulation.
You can register your prepaid card by visiting the nearest VIVACOM shop or dealer and identify with the identity document.

If Your prepaid card have been activated before 31/01/2010 but still you have not registered it, your incoming and outgoing calls are already stopped. You can still register your prepaid card, but this must happen befor the expiry of its validity. The duration of validity of prepaid cards  is amost 1 year from date of activation or recharging the last voucher read more. You can check the validity of the prepadi card at number 123, 24/7.

How can I activate roaming?

You don't need to request roaming activation or pay an activation fee - the roaming service is a part of your VIVACOM services and is activated by default.
