To re-charge your mobile VIVACOM prepaid account, you need first to purchase a top-up voucher. VIVACOM top-up vouchers are available in BGN 10.00, 20.00, and 50.00 value.

After you buy your top-up voucher, you can choose between 2 easy options to top-up your account:

Option 1:

• Carefully scratch off the silver coating on the back side of your top-up voucher to reveal your 15-digit secret number.
  
• Dial 123 from you handset and select menu option 1
  Enter your 15-digit secret number.

Option 2:

• Carefully scratch off the silver coating on the back side of your top-up voucher to reveal the 15-digit secret number
  
• Enter *101*secret code of your voucher# on your handset and press SEND. Your account will be credited automatically.
  Please note that your prepaid voucher is valid for a period of 12 months. You can find your voucher's validity expiry date printed on the back side.

There are two convenient ways to check for free your current pre-paid account balance:

• Call 123, select option 2 and listen to your current account balance
• Enter *102# on your handset and press SEND. After a few seconds, you will receive a message back with your current account balance

• Your mobile VIVACOM telephone number
  
• Place of purchase of the voucher
  
• Voucher amount
  
• The current date

We offer you several convenient ways to recharge your account without buying a voucher: via ATM and www.ePay.bg.

Recharging via ATM:

• Recharging trough Bills payment - select VIVACOM for dealer from ATM menu, after that select recharging of prepaid service. Enter the mobile number in format 087xxxxxxx, after that enter the recharge amount
  
• Recharging through BPay menu - enter 23456 for dealer code. Enter the mobile number in format 087xxxxxxx, after that enter the recharge amount

Recharging via www.ePay.bg:

After successful login in the system of ePay select Bills Payment, select prepaid services and from dealer list select VIVACOM. Enter the mobile number in format 087xxxxxxx, after that enter the recharge amount. You must be registered and have minimum one registered card to can recharge the prepaid card trough the ePay web site.

You can transfer amount to another prepaid account in few easy steps:

1. To begin transferring amount you must enter short code *137# followed by SEND
2. After entering the code, must enter prepaid number which will receive the transferred amount in format: 087XXX
3. After entering of prepaid number, you must type in the amount which will be transferred
4. After entering the number and the transferred amound, you must check the entered data and confirm the transfer by pressing 1 for confirmation or 2 for cancel
5. After confirmation the information that the amount is successfully transferred to the destination prepaid number is shown on the handset's display
   

Please note that you can make up to 3 transfers of amounts, up to BGN 10.00 in 30 days period. The maximum one-time amount which you can transfer is BGN 4.00, the minimum is BGN 0.01.

The validity of the prepaid card will be extended after recharging, as follows:

For recharge with amount from BGN 0.01 to BGN 3.99:  

• Active period - the validity of the card is not extended.

For recharge with amount from BGN 4.00 to BGN 9.99:  

• Active period - 1 month, in event when customer's account active period expires in less than 1 month. Otherwise it remains without any changes.
• Passive period - 1 month.
  
  

For recharge with amount more than BGN 10.00:

• Active period - 11 months.
• Passive period - 1 month.
