Date of invoice issuance

What calls for a change in invoice issuance as regards the telecommunication services I am using?

As from 01/04/2010 there will be a change in the date of issuing your invoice.

In its pursuit of rendering high-level services VIVACOM is in a process of restructuring its systems. This calls for a change in the date of issuing your invoices for fixed telecommunication services, the reading period, as well as the deadline for payment of due amounts.

How is the new date of issuing my invoice to be fixed?

As from 01/04/2010 there will be a change in the date of issuing your invoice.

In case you are also a user of a mobile telecommunication service rendered by VIVACOM, your new reading date as regards your fixed telecommunication service will be the same as the current reading date of your mobile telecommunication service.

In case you do not use a mobile telecommunication service rendered by VIVACOM, your new reading date as regards your fixed telecommunication service will be set on one of the following dates - the 8th, the 15th or the 22nd .

You will receive information on your new reading date in the invoice prior the change.

Can I change the date of invoice issuance?

It is not possible to change the date of invoice issuance at this stage of system restructuring.

Why shall I receive two invoices?

Currently, the reading date of all fixed telecommunication services is set to be the first day of the month. With regards to the restructuring of our systems, as from 01/04/2010, there will be a balanced distribution of all our clients on the new reading dates - the 1st, the 8th, the 15th and the 22nd respectively. The latter calls for the issuance of an equalizing invoice in the month of the change.

Why should I pay one more subscription fee in the second invoice?

The first invoice will include your consumption for the previous month and the monthly subscription fee for the next month. The second invoice will include the consumption for the period starting from the first day of the month to the new reading date (the 8th, the 15th or the 22nd) and the monthly subscription fee for the period starting from the first day of the month to the new reading date (the 8th, the 15th or the 22nd).

In case of several invoices, is it possible for them to bear one and the same issuance date?

Upon completion of the process of restructuring of our systems you will be able to join all the services you use in a single invoice bearing a single reading date.

Does the change of reading dates refer only to fixed telecommunication services or to mobile services as well?

The purpose of the process of restructuring our systems is to pool all services rendered by VIVACOM. As from 01/04/2010, this calls for a change in the date of issuing invoices for fixed telecommunication services, the reading period, as well as the deadline for payment of due amounts.

In case I do not make the payment in due course, when will my outgoing calls be limited?

The deadline for payment of due amounts expires on the 18th day as from the date of invoice issuance. Upon failure to meet the deadline set your service will be limited until you pay all due amounts.

In case of changing the subscription plan, when will the new plan become effective?

The change of the subscription plan as regards fixed telecommunication services becomes effective at 00:00:01 on the first day of the reading period. The change of the subscription plan as regards mobile telecommunication services becomes effective at 00:00:01 on the day after the change.
