What is pulse charging?

For customers using analogue home telephones the charging is in pulses, not in minutes. Every pulse is counted depending on the duration of the call, depending on call type.

At Home 50 tariff plan

For BGN 13.80 VAT included you receive 25 pulses for free per month.

This plan's standard charging tariffs VAT included:
Local calls peak hours 1 pulse
Local calls off peak hours 1 pulse
Long distance calls peak hours 60 seconds
Long distance calls off peak hours  1 pulse
Calls to mobile networks peak hours 31.68 seconds
Calls to mobile networks off peak hours 38.08 seconds
Calls to international destination Group I  44.00 seconds
Calls to international destination Group II 13.20 seconds
Calls to international destination Group III 6.60 seconds
Calls to international destination Group IV N/A

Special terms & conditions:
1) 1 pulse costs BGN 0.132.
2) Calls from pulse rated customers to the destinations mentioned above are billed in pulses depending on number of seconds in 1 pulse for each call destination.
3) Unused included pulses are not rolled over to the next month.
4) VIVACOM peak hours are Monday to Friday from 08.00 till 20.00, off peak hours are Monday to Friday from 20.00 till 08.00, Saturday to Sunday and all national holidays.
5) Price for opening a new telephone line - BGN 24.00 VAT included.
6)  Standard charging.

Low User Plan that is charged in pulses.

For BGN 3.72 VAT included you receive 10 pulses for free per month.

This plan's standard charging tariffs VAT included:

Local calls off peak hours 1 pulse
Long distance calls peak hours 60 seconds
Long distance calls off peak hours  1 pulse
Calls to mobile networks peak hours  31.68 seconds
Calls to mobile networks off peak hours 38.08 seconds
Calls to international destination Group I  44.00 seconds
Calls to international destination Group II 13.20 seconds
Calls to international destination Group III 6.60 seconds
Calls to international destination Group IV N/A

Special terms & conditions:
1)  The plan for limited use of a VIVACOM telephone post is for customers, who receive monthly social allowances. In order to use this plan, you have to submit a relevant document from the Social Assistance Agency.
2) 1 pulse costs BGN 0.132. 
3) Calls local, long distance and international destinations are billed in pulses depending on number of seconds in 1 pulse for each call destination.
4) Unused included pulses are not rolled over to the next month.

3) Calls from pulse rated customers to the destinations mentioned above are billed in pulses depending on number of seconds in 1 pulse for each call destination.
4) Unused included pulses are not rolled over to the next month.
