Voice Mail

What is voice mail?

Voice mail is a service that allows you to divert the calls you cannot or do not want to answer to your personal voice mail box, where callers can leave a message. You can access your voice mail box at any time to listen to your stored messages by dialing +359878009110 or short code 110 from the VIVACOM mobile network.

Voice mail is automatically activated free of charge on all VIVACOM mobile customers.

Voice mail allows you to record a personal greeting, to set up a password to protect your messages and to save listened messages.

Your voice mail box stores up to twenty (20) messages. Once you have listened to your voice mail message, you can keep it for five (5) additional days. Messages you have not listened to are kept for five (5) days before being deleted from the system. Your messages cannot exceed two (2) minutes in length.

If you receive a new voice mail message, a notification SMS text message will be sent to you. The text of the message is: "Imate 1 novo(i) saobshtenie(a). Za proslushvane naberete +359878009110. You have 1 new message(s). To listen dial +359878009110."
