Switching / Subscribing to the converged services of VIVACOM
Is it possible terminated fixed calling and VIVACOM Net services to be restored directly to a converged service?
Yes. The standard rules for entering and processing of applications for recovery will be observed. After the successful recovery of the fixed services the mobile service will be activated (if any).
Is it possible to join an existing telephone line and VIVACOM Net service when switching to a converged service if the services are on different account numbers?
Yes. The standard rules of joining of two or more services on one customer number will be observed. When the change of the account number is completed (after the 1st day of next month) switching to the converged service can be done. Activation of mobile services (if any) shall be made after the successful joining of the account number and switching to a converged service.
How can you switch to a converged service if the telephone is owned by one person and VIVACOM Net service by another?
First, the telephone or the VIVACOM Net service should be renamed so both services have one owner. When the renaming is completed (after 1st day of next month) switching to a converged service can be done. Activation of mobile services (if any) shall be made after successful joining of account number and switching to the converged service.
Today switching to a converged service was made. When can I start using the free minutes for the fixed calling and the free minutes for the mobile service?
The free minutes of the converged service can be used after 00:00 am of the day following the activation of the service. When activation or switch to a converged service a proportional number of free minutes will be received according to the activation date and the remaining days to the next billing date.
If a customer uses VIVACOM Net Voice to its VIVACOM Net service, is it possible to switch to a converged service?
Yes. The customer continues to pay a subscription for VIVACOM Net Voice, which is an additional service to VIVACOM Net service. If the customer wants to terminate VIVACOM Net Voice service before the expiration of the contract, the customer owes penalties.
Is it possible to switch to a converged service and to take advantage of the promotion With the home calling plans - a gift?
Yes. With one visit to a VIVACOM or partner's store a package service can be declared and the customer can take advantage of the promotion With the home calling plans - a gift, after signing a 2-year contarct.
If a customer has taken advantage of a retention offer, is it possible to switch to a converged service?
Yes. Switching to a converged service after acceptance of a retention offer is possible, as for the mobile service (if any) an additional check according to the rules for changing the tariff plan will be done.
Is it possible when a number is ported in to a VIVACOM network a converged service activation to be selected?
Selection of a converged service at a number portability from other network is possible if the initially selected tariff plan allows switching to a converged service. After the successful transfer the switching to the converged service is made.
Is it necessary the telephone, the VIVACOM Net service and the mobile service to be owned by one person VIVACOM Trio to be used?
Yes. All three services must have the same owner so VIVACOM Trio to be used.
Is it necessary the telephone line and the VIVACOM Net service to be at the same customer number VIVACOM Trio to be used?
Yes. Both services must have one customer number so VIVACOM Trio to be used.

When the converged service is already activated, the relocation of a fixed telephone line and a VIVACOM Net service is possible under the standard rules for entering and processing of requests for relocation.
