What should I do If my telephone is not working properly?

If your phone is not working - you don't have a signal when you answer the phone, there is a strange noise in the headset, or other problem with the line please call Customer Service, 24x7 on:

I don’t have an internet connection. What should I do?

First try and restart your modem by taking out the power adapter from the electric wall socket. Be sure to remove it for at least 10 seconds.

In most cases, your connection should be restored by restarting your modem. If however, your connection is not restored please call Customer Serivce, 24x7 on:

When I try to open any webpage, only my.contact.bg webpage opens. What should I do?

This problem is a result of a modem reset. To restore your connection, just enter your current VIVACOM Net user name and password. If however, your connection is not restored please call Customer Serivce, 24x7 on:

My Internet connection is slow. What should I do?

Your Internet VIVACOM Net connection speed depends on a number of conditions including your PCs' processor speed, the website's service limit, and the type of file you're downloading such as Torrents.

I have configured my wireless home network but I can’t connect to it. What should I do?

Check if your wireless LAN card is switched on and receiving information from your wireless VIVACOM Net modem. If it's on and you still can't connect, please call Customer Serivce, 24x7 on:

Can I connect more than one computer to my Internet VIVACOM Net service?

Technically you can connect up to 4 computers on your wireless home network. However, you may find that the performance of your connection is degraded if you connect more than one.
