Social Packages
Being the largest corporate employer in Bulgaria we are aware of our responsibility to the working people. The employees at all levels at the company have access to attractive social packages and additional health insurance for them and their families.
Donation Campaigns
As members of our company, our employees may rely on substantial financial and moral support in times of hardship. Every year VIVACOM successfully organises donation activities in support of its employees in need. Colleagues or their children who need life-saving surgery have the chance to address their employer for help. In such hard situations the company employees from all over the country join efforts and for a short period of time they raise substantial amounts intended for treatment, which VIVACOM doubles following a decision of its Management Team. As a token of sympathy VIVACOM also provides annual scholarships to the children of diseased colleagues aged up to 25.
Human Resources Development Operational Programme
The employees are our most valuable asset. That is why VIVACOM invests significant amounts every year to raise the competence and knowledge of its employees and to enrich their professional experience. During the last three years the company has spent almost BGN 14 mln. on professional qualification and re-qualification of its employees.
At the end of 2008 VIVACOM won a project under the Human Resources Development Operational Programme financed by the European Social Fund. The training and qualification programme included 260 employees from all over the country. The course offered training in computer network technologies and lasted 16 months
