(02.02.12) VIVACOM launches Try & Buy period for its Bolt-on services
The consumers will have 50% discount of the fee if they sign a contract
Sofia, February 2, 2012 - VIVACOM launches one month Try & Buy period for the main bolt-ons which the customers use as additional services to their tariff plans. The so called Try & Buy period gives customers the possibility to use services without additional expenses and engagements. VIVACOM offers test period for bolt-ons that provide unlimited mobile internet with up to 1500 MB on max speed (+DATA Unlimited), free calls to 5 numbers (+Group) as well as an opportunity for text messages and mobile calls for only 0.01 BGN in the Telco's network.
The customers will be able to apply for the Try & Buy option for these services in the period February 1 - April 30, 2012. If they like the service they will be able to use it as long as they want. If they don't - they can cancel it by calling the free 123 number without paying. In case the clients want to use the selected bolt-on for a longer period, they can also subscribe for it with 50% discount for the first half of their contract. The standard prices of VIVACOM +Data Unlimited vary between BGN 5 and BGN 20 per month. For +Group prices are between BGN 2.90 and 6.90. For +VIVA the price is BGN 6.90 and +SMS service costs BGN 2.90 per month.
The two options for activation are valid for both new and present customers of the telecom and do not require additional activation of new mobile services.
VIVACOM started its Try & Buy strategy in 2011 by offering a permanent test period for all its fixed internet packages. Thus the customers can use the advantages of the term contracts and be free to cancel it in case the service does not meet their requirements. In this way VIVACOM aims to provide its customers simultaneously with innovative services and freedom to test and make the right choice.
