The new package will allow users to reduce considerably their monthly expenses

For the first time in Bulgaria, VIVACOM offers its clients a unique package of services that includes a landline phone, mobile connection and Internet. With its new package the company offers users comprehensive one-stop-shop telecommunication services at a reasonable price.

Trio by VIVACOM is available at BGN 40 per month and includes unlimited calls to the whole VIVACOM network and unlimited Internet access. The package users will be able to make local and long-distance calls within the VIVACOM fixed network, as well as an unlimited number of international calls to Group I countries (including the EU Member States, the Balkan countries, the United States, Canada and Russia). They also get free calls within the VIVACOM mobile network from their cell phone, as well as unlimited Internet access with VIVACOM Net.

With VIVACOM Duo household users can talk without limit within the VIVACOM landline network and make international calls to Group I countries. They get 1,000 minutes in call credits for five select numbers in the VIVACOM network. The mobile/landline package is available at a flat rate of BGN 25 per month.

VIVACOM Home is the name of the service that includes landline phone and Internet. It is available at BGN 30 per month and includes unlimited Internet and local and long-distance calls to the VIVACOM landline network, and international calls to Group I countries.

The Internet service included in the said packages comes with a speed of 10 Mbps for downloads and unlimited traffic.

The users of Trio and Duo can add up to four extra mobile numbers for unlimited calls to mobile users of VIVACOM and the landline number included in the package.

Estimates by VIVACOM show that the new packages will allow household users to bring down considerably their monthly expenses for communication services: while using any of these services separately the households now pay  a total of BGN 55-70 per month.

VIVACOM is the new name of BTC and vivatel which merged into one company to offer Bulgarian users an integrated new-generation service. VIVACOM offers integrated services including unlimited and reliable high-speed Internet, fixed and mobile communications, services of greater value at competitive prices. The integration of the companies under a single brand name is part of the strategy for transforming BTC from a technological to a client-oriented company.
