The telecom will present the real figures underpinning the successful staff management in the biggest private employer
This year, the 10th international conference organised by the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association (BHRMDA) will be supported by BTC. The workshop will be held on 15 - 16 May in Hall 6 of the National Palace of Culture.
In the context of the global economic developments, the conference organisers have chosen The Challenge to Manage People in Unstable Times as the topic of the discussions.
Being a key unit in the staff management of the biggest private employer, the HR team of BTC will participate in the conference. We believe that the forthcoming forum will enable all of us, the experts in the HR field, to exchange experiences as to how we have been dealing with staff management in the past few months, said Dobromira Manasieva, Senior HR Manager in BTC, involved as a presenter at the conference.
The BTC's presentation will run under the motto ‘Read the figures, count on people'. This slogan was not a matter of fortuitous choice, as we aimed at inspiring courage in our colleagues and assure them that companies can be successful in today's turbulent times only through their employees, expounded Dobromira Manasieva.
At the workshop, BTC will present some of its most successful HR projects having been realised in the last 4 months. Those include the large-scale assessment of individual performance and goal-setting of all BTC employees; the introduction of new bonus schemes for sales representatives; the training intended for engineers under the Human Resources Development Operational Programme of the EU, and the project for students of the Technical University.
In addition, for the first time, BTC will present to the HR audience the real figures relating to the large-scale company human resource management. At the telecom's stand, the conferees will also be able to ‘check their knowledge' in the HR field by participating in a tailor-made quiz and answering the questions.
We will gladly meet you at the conference, share observations and even have fun.
Looking forward to getting together!
