Becoming our business partner, the company will offer exclusively the VIVACOM services in its 34 offices across the country

From September 1, 2009, the national postal service provider M&BM Express becomes a main dealer of VIVACOM and will offer exclusively the VIVACOM services in its 34 offices across the country. All existing and potential VIVACOM clients will be able to pay in cash the bill for their landline phone, choose and request an VIVACOM Net package to match their needs, find a home or office phone number, activate and recharge a pre-paid startup package, or buy a phone card and electronic vouchers for the pre-paid VIVACOM service in the M&BM Express network.

Shortly the VIVACOM mobile network users, too, will get the option of paying their bills through M&BM Express.

Our efforts go in two directions: revamping our own network of outlets and broadening our presence in our dealers' stores. Our aim is to improve the quality of service and offer our customers access to a broad range of products and services," said Georgi Todorov, senior expert with VIVACOM's Fixed Services Distribution.

With the M&BM Express offices, the VIVACOM products and services will be available in over 1,000 own and dealer outlets across the country. M&BM Express expects to have more than 130 postal offices across the country by the end of 2010 and achieve full national coverage by the end of 2014.
