(13.05.09) Fast and easy recharge of a friend's pre-paid card
Recharge a Friend allows recharging from a subscription account
Beginning today, the vivatel users get a new free service that allows them to recharge the pre-paid card of a friend or family member, anywhere and at any time, from their subscription account. It comes in addition to all other options for recharging pre-paid cards offered by the mobile operator: by vouchers, through transfer of credits from a pre-paid card, on-line at http://www.epay.bg/ and by an ATM.
Recharge a Friend combines the options of recharging a pre-paid card from a subscription account and from another pre-paid card. The service is accessible by dialling short number *137# (green receiver).
To recharge from a subscription account, one needs to follow several fast and easy steps: input the mobile number of the pre-paid card, input the desired amount in BGN and confirm the transfer. At the end of the transaction both parties receive a text message informing them of the successful recharge. The recharged amount is included in the subscriber's monthly bill.
"The new service of vivatel makes recharging easier for users, saves time and offers an easy and fast way to recharge the pre-paid card of a friend or family member anywhere at any time. It is great for travelling parents, for example, as it allows them to stay in touch with their children," said Kristina Tabakova, BTC Director for Products and Services.
Recharging pre-paid cards carries all applicable bonuses under vivatel's Mania programme. The bonus depends on the amount being recharged. The bonus is used first and then the recharged amount. Bonuses are valid within 30 days from the recharge date.
Recharge a Friend is available for private clients of vivatel who have been using a subscription plan for 3 or more months and who pay their bills on time. The recharged amount can be anything from BGN 1 to BGN 30 per transaction and may not exceed the client's credit limit. The maximum recharged amount is BGN 30 in a calendar month.
