(12.02.09) BTC distinguishes most successful dealers

The BTC dealer shops successfully exceeded their plans for sale of the telecom's products and services over the last quarter of 2008. This was revealed at a special ceremony at which the top dealers of 2be, Jeff, Call me and GNS were awarded.


The most successful dealers were ranked in five categories: Best vivatel Sales Shop, Best BTC ADSL Sales Shop, Best Regional Manager, Best vivatel Corporate Sales and Best BTC Regional Sales Representative.

As a result of the established partnership between BTC and the dealer chains, as well as the joint efforts of their teams, in the past year the company succeeded in achieving its business goals and even in surpassing them.

There is a record growth of BTC ADSL sales in the last quarter of 2008 - the objectives have been fulfilled 220%. The expected number of vivatel subscriptions for legal persons has been exceeded by the stunning 59%. The plan for activation of prepaid services is fulfilled 120%, while in the past three months the contracts for vivatel subscription plans for natural persons exceeded the goals set by 10%.

"Thanks to you, BTC has not only  more but also loyal and consistent clients, which can only be the result of good and correct service on your part," BTC Senior Master Dealer Manager Maria Ognyanova said.

In the last year, BTC united the efforts of its teams and began to offer increasingly state-of-the art telecommunication services and combinations of mobile and fixed-line telephony and data transmission. The focus was entirely on the needs of clients. This also allowed the dealer network to sell more and ever more attractive products from the BTC portfolio at the most lucrative conditions for clients.
