(07.09.09) BTC and vivatel present their new corporate identity with a unique "vertical" dance show at the Telephone Palace

The event will be held on September 10 free of charge for everybody

BTC and vivatel will be presenting their new integrated corporate identity with an event beginning at 7.00 p.m. on September 10 (Thursday). On the façade of the landmark Telephone Palace in central Sofia, the French dance company Compagnie Les Passagers will give a "vertical" performance. The spectacular show will celebrate the next stage of the merger of BTC and vivatel into a company with an integrated vision, one team and a full portfolio of telecommunication services under a single brand name.

To celebrate the evolution of telecommunications and the development of Bulgaria's biggest telecom company, the French dancers of Compagnie Les Passagers will transform the vision one of the best known Sofia buildings and a symbol of BTC.

The French dance company rediscovers urban spaces, buildings, parks, squares and historical monuments transforming them into a set for their shows and creating a theatrical, choreographic and pictorial universe on a vertical stage.

The open-air performance is also the first show on the bill of Sofia Dance Week, which BTC is organizing free for all viewers. BTC has been partner of Bulgaria's first festival of modern dance since its inception in 2008. This partnership complies with the policy of the company for supporting valuable initiatives which are innovative, contribute to the richness of artistic life in Bulgaria and add this country to the European culture map.

For viewers' easier access to the spectacular show, a section of Gurko Street between Rakovska and Knyaz Alexander I will be closed to traffic.

A DJ from one of Europe's leading nu-jazz projects, Club Des Belugas, and its young singer anna.luca are expected from Germany to take care of the music for the event with a special selection of pieces for the guests of BTC.
