BTC GROUP is beginning to offer four new ADSL packages with speed up to 12 mbps and vivatel plans with included free time for calls and mobile Internet. The new offers of the telecom include more value for the clients and offer service unique for the Bulgarian market.

The company marks the fourth year from the launch of the ADSL service with 24-fold higher speeds, lower prices and short-term contracts for secure and reliable ADSL connection. Thus ADSL users can choose the ADSL service best tailored to their needs more easily and receive greater freedom in their access to the www.

The four new packages - two for at-home users and two for business clients - with speeds from 6 to 12 mbps entirely substitute the previous BTC ADSL packages. The speed of the starting package for home users of BTC ADSL Start is increased drastically to 6 MB and the price is only BGN 20.00 a month. For BGN 25.00, clients can have the new 12 mbps mobile Internet service BTC ADSL Tempo. In this way the speed of the package doubles for only an additional BGN 5.00.

The new business packages are with the same speeds, offering the opportunity to use own Internet space and e-mail and covering the need of connection to the Web for the entire office. All business packages include a static IP-address, up to 40 e-mails, a free domain and many other extras necessary for the smooth functioning of any office.

To make it easier for clients who want a fast and reliable access to Internet BTC will no longer offer two-year ADSL contracts. Clients have the opportunity to choose between six-month and one-year contracts and the packages can include additional services like Web space, e-mail, wireless connection modem etc. All present ADSL clients with be informed personally how to pass to the new higher speeds

vivatel's new offers - Silver, Gold and Platinum tariffs - are also valid as of today. The three new subscription plans include time for calls to all national networks and mobile Internet.

The monthly subscription fee for vivatel Silver is BGN 20.00 and includes 1 hour time for calls to all national networks and 25 MB mobile Internet. Three free hours for calls and 50 MB mobile Internet can be used by clients of the mobile operator with the new Golden tariff for BGN 40.00 a month, and subscribers who prefer vivatel Platinum for a monthly fee of BGN 80.00 will have all of seven hours free calls and 100 MB mobile Internet.

With the new vivatel tariffs clients have the opportunity to buy the modern Symbian phone Nokia 6120 for a mere BGN 59.00. This is possible if they choose vivatel's Platinum tariff and sign a two-year contract. If they prefer the Golden tariff, subscribers can acquire the phone for BGN 159 at a two-year contract and for BGN 259 at a one-year contract.

With all three plans the price per minute of call in the vivatel network and to fixed-line operators is BGN 0.15 and that to the remaining mobile networks is BGN 0.32. SMS messages are charged BGN 0.12. Unused minutes and MB under the three subscription plans are transferred to the next month. The minimum 30-second initial charge is preserved with the new tariffs, thus making vivatel the only mobile operator with which the charge is not 60 seconds.

"The offers of BTC GROUP are a complete novelty for the telecommunications market in Bulgaria," the head of the home-user client sales at the telecom Lyubov Kirilova said. "Both the new ADSL packages and the new Platinum, Gold and Silver tariffs of vivatel are exceptionally good for clients who actively use telecommunication services and tend to look for more value in each offer,' she added.
