Value Added Service 0900

The "Value Added Service 0900" is a telephone service, used for providing information or public entertainment services by entities, performing commercial or non-commercial activity and called suppliers of Value Added Services.


The end users of the service pay the value of the conducted conversation, including the added value of the service with their monthly bill for consumption of telephone services. The collected incomes from the end users are shared between VIVACOM and the suppliers, in compliance with "Price List for the services of VIVACOM".

Features:

  • Call forward to the office or branch nearest to the caller's location, up to 30 areas
  • Calls divert specified by time (day, hour, etc.)
  • Option for tailored messages. VIVACOM provides a default message free of charge
  • Call diversions on busy, on no reply, according to specified ratios, the call is sent to different locations specified by the customer
  • Routing of the call to POTS or ISDN lines
  • 0900 lines can be used for incoming calls only

  • Choice of a special 0900 number
  • One level of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) provided
