Universal number - 0700
The service "Universal number - 0700" is a telephone service that allows proving and organizing access number type 0700, through which the subscribers (users) that have applied for the service, can be accessible for their end users from various points of the telecommunication fixed network of VIVACOM.
For calls to number 0700 end users pay the value of a local telephone conversation and the subscribers (users) of the service pays the difference (if there is such) to the full value of the conducted conversation, depending on its type and duration. It is possible to redirect (divert) the calls to the service "Universal number 0700" according to their origin to the closest office (address) of the client.

*The customer of the Shared Cost number pays also the monthly rental of the telephone lines used for provisioning the Shared cost number services.
**At signing a 12/24 - month contract, the client doesn't pay a monthly rental for the duration of the contract.
2. 0700 Call charges
- The price of the call to the Shared Cost number 0700 paid to VIVACOM is split between the end customer (originator of the call) and the Shared cost number customer as follows:

- Minimum call charge is 60 seconds for the Shared Cost number owner and the price for a local call for the end user (see 9.4.). Calls are rated in 20 seconds increments after the first minute for the owner of the service.
- The long distance call prices (used as a base for payments with Shared Cost number customers) are as follows:

The end user pays for the call set-up BGN 0.110.
- For opening new lines used for Shared cost number services the customer has to pay the installation fee according to the VIVACOM official price list (see Chapter 1, item 3).
