CLIP

Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) is a functionality allowing you to identify the people that are calling you.

CLIP functionality allows caller's ID (phone number or a name associated to it) to be displayed on your phone display.

CLIP is pre-provisioned and pre-activated for all digital fixed telephones.


Call forwarding

 Call forwarding is functionality wich let's you to forward important calls to your home or business number when you're not available or don't want to answer.

Call forwarding is a standard funcionality in most phones on the market today. Check your phones user manual for additional information.

Call barring

 Call barring is a functionality which allows you to stop calls being made from your home phone. You can use call barring to prevent someone else from using your phone, or if you want to keep control of your spending.

You can request free de/activation of call barring by calling Customer Service on 121, 24x7.

You can use the service in the following versions:

1. With a barring category set by the operator:

  • 01 - Restricts international calls services and operator assisted services ("120")
  • 02 - Restricts international calls, long distance calls, calls to value added services and calls to mobile numbers, dial-up access ("0134") and ("0133")
  • 03 - Restricts all call types, except emergency numbers and Customer Service
  • 04 - Restricts international calls and calls to value added numbers services and operator assisted services ("120")
  • 06 - Restricts international calls, long distance calls, calls to value added services and operator assisted services
  • 07 - Restricts mobile calls services
  • 08 - Restricts calls to value added VIVACOM services
  • 09 - Restricts international calls and value added services, long distance calls, calls to value added VIVACOM services, dial-up access ("0134") and ("0133"), services and operator assisted services ("120")
  • 15 - Restrics calls to Inmarsat (00871, 00872, 00873, 00874)

Call waiting

 Call waiting is a functionality which lets you know with a soft dual beep tone if someone is trying to call you while you're already on a call. With call waiting you'll not miss important calls.

Call waiting is a standard functionality in most phones on the market today.

Activating:

If you hear a Call Waiting signal (two short beeps), you can choose from the following options:

1) To accept the new call by cancelling the active one -   or

2) To accept the new call without cancelling the active one -   or

3) To switch many times between the two calls -    or

4) To reject the waiting call and proceed with the active one -    or

CLIR

 This service grants you the confidentiality of your phone number. You have a choice of who can see your phone number and you can be discreet.

Using CLIR is dependant on your phone, please consult the user manual for activation steps.

Three-party conference connection

 This service allows you and two other parties - business partners, colleagues, or friends  to speak together in a three-party conference call.

Activating: Dial the telephone number of the first participant in the conference call, when he/she answers, press  . This way you will put the current call on hold and you will hear the "dial tone".

Dial the telephone number of the second participant. When he/she answers, press   .  

The three participants will hear a "tone warning signal" informing them that they are in a conference connection.

If you wish to continue the conversation with just one of the participants, you can do this by putting the other on hold or cancelling the call.

1. To activate a mode: Hold for the second participant dialed:
Using the same combination you can switch between the two conversations many times. If you want to restore the three-party conference call, go to step 4.

Parallel ringing

 The service "Parallel ringing" gives you the possibility to receive calls at your fixed and mobile phone at the same time. You choose via which phone to accept the call. At dialling the fixed phone, for which you have activated the service "Parallel ringing", at the same time the mobile and the fixed phones are ringing.

The service "Parallel ringing" can be activated or deactivated via fixed telephone with tone dialling:

The service can be activated or deactivated also by a phone call to Customer Service department at free number 121.

*The service is available only for customers, connected to Siemens exchanges.

"Not available"

 This service is very handy for frequent travellers. When it is activated those who call you will hear "The subscriber is not available!"

"Do not disturb"

 When this service is activated the access to your telephone will be restricted. Those who call you will hear the announcement: "The subscriber does not want to be disturbed".

Direct call

 This service allows you to call directly a pre-set number without dialing it.

You have to wait for 10 seconds after picking up the receiver and the direct call to the number selected will start.

Immediately after picking up of the receiver (within 10 sec.) you can dial another number.
