Design of the service:
Dataphone is provided through IP connectivity (such as MAN, Digital leased lines) build between the customer's office and the IP network of BTC-Net. It requires VoIP gateway installation, available for VIVACOM customers at a low cost.
If customer's equipment works on Ethernet interface or SIP protocol, the service is accessible without VoIP gateway.
