| 1) The minimum duration of the contract is 12 months. |
| 2) The price is valid with a 2-year contract, with a 1-year contract the price is BGN 54.00. |
| 3) For the included mobile and fix minutes in the package the charging is per a minute. |
| 4) The service is available to business customers, who use telephone lines on time based charging. |
| 5) For outgoing calls to fixed numbers, calls are carried by the fixed number. For outgoing calls to mobile numbers, calls are carried by the mobile number |
| 6) After the consumption of the included in the plan minutes, the charging is according to the Standard charging principles of VIVACOM as every started first minute is charged as whole one after initial charge of BGN 0.110. |
| 7) Included minutes cannot be used for calls to value added numbers, international destinations and in roaming. |
| 8) For the period of activation /signing of the contract until the date of the first billing cycle, the subscriber pays a proportional part of the monthly subscription fee that is corresponding to the number of days in which the services were provided. For the same period, the subscriber is able to use the respective proportional part of the services, included in the monthly subscription. The monthly billing cycles of BTC could be on 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd day of the month. |
| 9) If you want engineering installation of the VIVACOM Net service, you need to pay a single fee according to the current price list for engineering installation. |
